Our facilitators are at your disposal twenty-four-seven. Our times of service are:
- Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Sundays / Holidays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Translators, interpreters and instructors
By employing native speakers, a high translation quality is guaranteed. Additionally, we require that all of our translators have either obtained a degree in translation and have some work experience or a degree in professional studies (Informatics, Economics, History, Cultural Studies etc.) and have at least two years of translating experience. We hold our interpreters and our instructors at this same high standard of quality.
